“ Choice City is the BEST dining experience we’ve had in Fort Collins. The pork shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and every dish, including the NY strip, was packed with flavor. Our group of eight had cocktails, wine, apps, entrees, and dessert, and everything was incredible. This was our fourth visit to Choice City, and it is exceptional every single time! Our server was next level. They all have a gift for hospitality and make us feel right at home. We had the most delicious cocktails — they offer a great variety, and their wine list is both well-curated and special. Cab franc? Yes, please. And the gluten-free bananas foster cheesecake? Unreal. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. We’ve tried them all, and Choice City is hands down the best restaurant in Fort Collins. Highly, highly recommend! ”

“ WOW! My family and I were blown away, what a gem in the heart of town. I cannot believe how beautiful this experience was. We had been to choice city before when it was a butcher shop and it was good. The place had a very grimy bar feel to it. It was never a spot we would go before, especially not for a joyous occasion. But I must say the last night the whole vibe changed. We heard the buzz around town that old butcher has closed and now there’s a new “choice city” in town. So we decided to come check it out. I’m so glad that we didi! We came for dinner since the place before was only open for lunch and sure you can get a good sandwich anywhere but dinner is always something special. Jordan was our server, she was super kind and thoughtful. We started with the beef croquettes, my husband had the fillet and I had the pork shank. We also tried their cocktails to start and an excellent bottle of a red with our dinner. The food was outstanding. I am already dreaming out coming back. The meat was succulent and melted in my mouth. Alpenglow & amore cocktail was the perfect end to the night with a smoky salted brownie. The manager checked on us personally ( I mean how often does that happen anymore) and he was a delight! I think everyone who worked there stopped by at our table to smile and check on us. I mean the service might had been some of the best we have ever had and we are foodie snobs that live at restaurants all over Colorado! All in 10/10 deserved by Choice city! I am thrilled this place sold and the new ownership has a phenomenal sense of hospitality. Clearly they care and know what they are doing. We will for sure be regulars now that it’s a whole new space. Clean, delicious and mention worthy! ”

The hospitality here is absolutely outstanding and genuinely warm and welcoming, like we were old friends reunited after years apart. The service and attentiveness were next level. The food was just as impressive. I usually shy away from NY strips, but this one was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and downright delicious. The cocktail menu was on point, and the proprietor, Lavi, even went above and beyond to make me an off-menu drink, which is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a cocktail. The beer and wine selection was great as well. If you’ve never been, or if it’s been a while, you absolutely need to make it happen. Choice City is a must-visit in Fort Collins! ”

From start to finish, the service was outstanding—our waiter and waitress were both fantastic: friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about ensuring a great dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed yet special evening. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. We especially loved the short rib croquettes—perfectly crispy on the outside and rich, flavorful inside. I also recommend trying the Crimeon Amber cocktail, a beautifully balanced drink that paired well with our meal. Highly encourage everyone to visit Choice City. The space feels more welcoming and modern while still keeping that local charm we’ve always loved. “ Coming from Chicago, I am spoiled with setting a high bar for good food and service, and I’m happy to say that this place met those expectations. From the warm and attentive service to the last bite of dessert, the experience was excellent. We dined here on St. Patrick’s Day, and they featured a special menu to honor the holiday, which we gladly ordered. I opted for the pesto gnocchi along with the Gilded Garden cocktail, while my husband chose the corned beef Reuben sandwich paired with a beer. The cocktail was both delicious and refreshing, and the gnocchi was incredibly tasty, complemented by a well-executed sauce full of flavor. We also appreciated the thoughtful presentation of the dish, which matched the colors of the Irish flag—a lovely touch for the holiday. For dessert, we were served the rose cardamom cake, which was so delightful that we couldn’t resist finishing it, even though we were already full. Lavi and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, taking excellent care of us throughout our meal.
